Hi there - I'm an open-minded, health-conscious, 31 year old educator and author looking either to (1) share my condo with 1-2 people or (2) rent out my entire place to someone privately. A little about me... education is very important to me. I graduated from The University of Maryland, College Park, in 2000, and wrote my first book (University of Maryland: Off the Record) about my college experience. Since 2005, I've been president of the UM Alumni Club of San Diego and I'm also the founding president of my high school alumni association, too. I'm offering one large, private, furnished bedroom in my shared, fully furnished 2b/2ba in North Park, San Diego - or the entire place as noted above. I do this in order to help offset my high cost of living and I like hosting new and interesting people. If you decide to share the place with me, since I tend to travel quite a bit each month, you may find yourself with the entire condo to yourself. Your guests would sometimes be welcome to visit, too. North Park is located next to University Heights and Hillcrest, which is the safest community in San Diego County. Also next door is University Heights. “North Park is located in the heart of San Diego, just north of Balboa Park. An older community, North Park has been undergoing a renaissance since 1993.
