* Fully-stocked kitchen with a toaster, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, microwave, new dishes, silverware, cooking pans, pots, cooking utensils and tools, etc. (Everything you'll need to prepare meals.)

Dining Room / Living Room / Sun Room
* Ceiling fan in the dining area.
* Glass dining room table with four comfortable chairs for dining or working.
* Sofa bed in the sunny part of the room for lounging and reading while getting western sunlight or watching sunsets.
* Living room area includes a couch, reclining armchair for optimal relaxation (and vegetation).
* 20” television with basic cable.
* 76-key electronic piano keyboard, stand, and seat.

Private Bedrooms
* Fully-furnished private bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, new desks and desk chairs, free-standing shelves, and very nice bedside tables with drawers.

* Bedrooms also come with alarm clocks, desk and bedside lamps, standing lamps, blanket, new pillows, clothing hangers, and trash can.

I'm a straight, 30 year old professional speaker and author, offering one (or two) large, private, furnished bedrooms available in my shared, fully furnished 2b/2ba in North Park.
